Teacher Incentive Allotment

We provide resources to help districts include OnRamps Instructors in their Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).

Teacher leans over a desk to help a student with their assignment.

Optional, course-specific assessments and observation tools are available to OnRamps dual enrollment partners at no cost.

These resources align with measures of student growth and teacher observation and are accompanied by training from OnRamps. Districts determine how to incorporate them into local TIA designation systems.

Available for Select Courses

Resources will be available for additional courses in 2027-2028.

Recognize Excellence in the OnRamps Classroom

Learning experiences in OnRamps classrooms reflect the unique design of each course, and OnRamps Instructors have received extensive professional learning and development in college-aligned pedagogies, including project-based learning, team-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and flipped learning.

OnRamps TIA resources help observers recognize these instructional practices and document evidence of rigorous thinking, disciplinary expertise, and college-aligned expectations while using established T-TESS and TIA processes.
