2022 ONRAMPS SUMMER SYMPOSIUM

On July 21, 2022, OnRamps will bring together school administrators, counselors, and instructional support personnel for the Summer Symposium. The day-long, professional development event will offer a comprehensive overview of OnRamps implementation for the 2022-2023 academic year—from student orientation and instructor induction to college credit eligibility and earned outcomes, plus everything in between. This event, specially designed for new district partners and any individuals who are new to their roles with us, will be key to navigating the year ahead and leveraging a growing community of peers and supports. Accessing the Statewide Network: An Introduction

As a new partner, we want to welcome you to the OnRamps community. Hear how OnRamps provides the opportunity for students to experience college before college, how Instructors build capacity within their craft, and how through our district partnerships we are meeting the mission to provide access for students across the state.

Are you ready to successfully navigate the onramp to OnRamps? In this session, we will explore our checklist for a smooth implementation and start to the year, so you can better enjoy the journey with students and Instructors. We’ll also indicate the refuel stations and in-the-moment checkpoints along the journey that provide a power snack of information at just the right moment throughout the year so you stay the course.

As an OnRamps Main Contact, one of many charges you have is the sustained participation of students in your advanced academics programming, and here at OnRamps we want to help! We will share strategies and systems for student recruitment and retention efforts, continue the conversation of best practices, and provide our newest resources and materials to support your efforts.
