Professional Development

OnRamps provides a variety of evidence-based professional development opportunities for K12 teachers, high school campus and district staff, and higher education faculty to increase their impact on student outcomes whether at the local or state level.

Our professional development offerings extend beyond what we provide high school teachers who teach our dual enrollment courses. OnRamps Instructors receive yearlong professional learning and development shaped by research. The focus is on deepening understanding of our course content to ensure fidelity and on advancing instructional approaches to help students learn in and outside of the classroom.

OnRamps Foundations for New Partners and Staff

Before the start of each school year, we offer OnRamps Foundations. This 1.5-hour online orientation is designed for all district and campus staff who are new to working with OnRamps. Attendees learn about the OnRamps implementation cycle and all the resources and tools they need for a smooth start. Our current partners and staff can find the latest information about this event in District HQ.
